LDC are private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group.
For 4 years, I have been working with the marketing team to align the site with business objectives to generate leads.
In late 2018, I led a UX phase on the existing website, with the goal to re-evaluate the website, it’s design and core messaging to their main customers.
The UX phase consisted of many research methodologies, including: moderated user testing, heat mapping, visitor recordings and more.
The findings and recommendations made by my team and I were the catalyst to a website refresh.
My role was lead design & UX, from the research framework, prototype to the final designs.
