Role: Lead UX & Design
An internal dashboard for the driver division of the recruitment giant Pertemps.
The dashboard connects, schedules and facilitates the journey from training request to training completion.
There are two main users of the dashboard, managers and driving trainers. Both of which needed an easy to use, simple interface to help aid their roles in the journey. It was important to follow the needs of both user types to deliver an effective dashboard.
