As an agency we were tasked with delivering a discovery/research phase. The aim of understanding what the charity needs from it's website, who the the users are and what they needed from the St Peter's Hospice website.

I lead and developed the UX research phase that centred around: stakeholder meetings, workshops, user surveys, heatmapping and reviews. This helped enable us to deliver a functional prototype with accompanying core personas, key user journeys and recommendations for the next phase.
